For the past 12 years, I have focused on visual arts - creative direction, graphic design, and commercial photography. I spent a while in Birmingham, Alabama working in advertising, and photographing subjects for Alabama Tourism projects.

In 2009 I moved to Nashville, Tennessee with my wife, Lauren and our cat, Annie.  I've been working with musicians and publications on many assignments - ranging from album packaging - all the way to commercial advertising for TV. 

Aerial imaging and cinematography became a new creative outlet for me in late 2015, thanks to a Christmas present from my wife. 

Equipment

TCJ DRONES primarily operates the DJI Inspire 1 Pro with X5 camera. The Inspire 1 Pro is an incredibly stable platform, capable of high speeds and long range filming - the X5 micro four thirds camera features a 16MP sensor, and is capable of recording extremely stable 4K video footage.
